Paul has an extensive background spanning more than 15 years in the on-hire sector while maintaining a focus of training and developing over 600 Apprentices. An integral part of his role is stakeholder engagement across RTO’s, trainers, lecturers, HSE, clients and employees.
His career has focused on providing workforce solutions to clients and industry groups through local and international recruitment as well as First Nations and international HR programs for Australian industries.
Paul plays a key role in executing and managing Blue Tongue’s Managed Advanced Group Training programs. His passion for helping our partner clients achieve optimal performance for their businesses through a stable and engaged skilled workforce, is the driving force behind Blue Tongue’s innovative workforce solutions.
