Blue Tongue Training (RTO 1623) has been established to provide nationally accredited training and qualifications for people working in maintenance across mining, heavy commercial transport, oil and gas, defence and rail signalling.

As the pioneer and leader of upskilling since 2009 which we now call Advanced Group Training, we decided to take control over our own accredited training delivery.

We only provide training where it supports our workforce supply projects.

The gap in the market is combining workforce planning with recruitment, hiring and selection, upskilling and workforce management. Blue Tongue fills this gap in the market in that we consult with our clients and then leverage of our own resources to deliver skills solutions and retention outcomes unmatched by any other service providers.
